This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes TIM-3. The antibody effectively inhibits AML cell growth. The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography.

Western blot analysis of TAB-667CT was performed with Recombinant Human TIM3 Protein (lane 2, 1 μg) onto a 12% Tris-HCl polyacrylamide gel. Proteins were transferred to a CN membrane and blocked with 5% skim milk for at least one hour. Membranes were probed with TAB-667CT and HRP Goat Anti-Human IgG was used as a secondary antibody. Chemiluminescent detection was performed.

ELISA analysis of TAB-667CT was performed by coating with Recombinant Human TIM3 Protein. Then blocked with BSA, and incubated with Anti-Human TIM3 Antibody (TAB-667CT). The HRP-conjugated goat Anti-Human IgG was used as a secondary antibody. Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.
