This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that has specificity for human TIM3 protein. TIM3 is also expressed on cancer cells, and on cancer stem cells (CSCs), which are cells that can give rise to additional cancer cells. The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography.
