SDS-PAGE analysis of TAB-168CQ in non-reduced (Lane 1) and β-mercaptoethanol-reduced (Lane 2) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result of different reduced proteins (Heavy chain and Light chain) migrate as about 50 kDa and 25 kDa, respectively.

Western blot analysis of TAB-168CQ was performed by loading Human TREM-2 Protein (His Tag) onto a 12% Tris-HCl polyacrylamide gel. Proteins were transferred to a CN membrane and blocked with 5% skim milk for at least one hour. Membranes were probed with TAB-168CQ and HRP Goat Anti-Human IgG as a secondary antibody. Chemiluminescent detection was performed.

ELISA analysis of TAB-168CQ was performed by coating with Human TREM-2 Protein (His Tag). Then blocked with BSA, and incubated with TAB-168CQ. The HRP-conjugated goat anti-human IgG as a secondary antibody. Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.

Good for Western Blotting
I purchased this antibody for detecting TREM2 protein levels in cell lysates using Western blotting. The antibody yielded a clear band at the expected molecular weight for human TREM2, and there were minimal non-specific bands, which is crucial for accurate quantification. I appreciated the high purity of the antibody as indicated in the product information, which likely contributed to the clean results I obtained. I would recommend this antibody for Western blot applications targeting TREM2.
Effective Flow Cytometry Antibody
I utilized this Anti-TREM2 antibody for flow cytometric analysis of TREM2 expression on the surface of primary human microglia. After optimizing the staining protocol, I was able to clearly distinguish TREM2-positive and negative populations. The antibody showed good specificity and provided a reliable method for quantifying TREM2 expression levels in my cell culture model.
