Human Anti-VEGFR2 Recombinant Antibody (clone 1121B) (CAT#: PABL-743)

Recombinant Human Antibody (1121B) is capable of binding to VEGFR2, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-VEGFR2 mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-VEGFR2 proteins mAb and CL of human kappa light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition. The anti-VEGF receptor 2 antibody is a promising antiangiogenic drug being tested for treatment of breast and gastric cancer.

  • The VEGFR2 antibody has been reported in applications of Invasion, ELISA.
    ELISA Binding ELISAs were performed by coating KDR d1-3-Fc wild-type, and the mutants derived from it, on the surface of Immulon 2 HB plates (Thermo Scientific), blocking, washing, and then applying serial dilutions of the appropriate binding partner (VEGF-165, 1121B Fab, or 6.64 Fab) and incubating at room temperature for 1 hr.
