Selective Binding to VSIG4
We investigated the B7 family of immune regulators and used this antibody to detect VSIG4. It binds selectively to the human protein and worked perfectly in our Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation protocols. It helped us characterize VSIG4 as a negative regulator of T-cell responses.
Versatile Immune Receptor Antibody
This purified mouse antibody was effective in multiple applications, including ELISA, IHC, and Flow Cytometry. We used it to study the complement receptor function of VSIG4 (CRIg). The antibody clearly identified the protein on the surface of macrophages in our tissue samples.
