Recombinant Anti-mouse Was Intrabody [+36 GFP] (CAT#: IAB-B076(G))
Recombinant anti-Was intrabody in fusion with +36GFP works within cells and specifically reacts with against the N-terminal domain of Wiskott–Aldrich syndrome protein Was, expressed in CHO cells. The the VH/VL single domain intrabodies are sufficient to knockdown the domain function of target proteins in the cytosol.
