Cystine knot scaffold protein anti-Human IgE (CAT#: SCK-L259)
The Cystine knot that bound IgE was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, Cystine knot variants were identified having affinities (0.1-1 nM) for IgE as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
