The Recombinant Anti-IGHE (HLP motif x FcεRI binding site) Biparatopic Antibody, Tandem scFv is a biparatopic antibody (bpAb) designed for high-affinity, simultaneous binding to two distinct IGHE epitopes. This construct employs tandem scFv arms. One scFv binds to the (424)HLP(426) motif, while the other targets a different epitope strongly overlapping with the FcεRI binding site, which explains its superior capacity to inhibit the IgE:FcεRI interaction on basophils and mast cells.
