GFP scaffold protein anti-Human IgE (CAT#: SGF-L089)
The GFP that bound IgE was isolated from the library using phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, GFP variants were identified having affinities for IgE as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
