The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-ABCG2 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse ABCG2. ABCG2, also known as a breast cancer resistance protein, is part of the White subfamily and functions as a xenobiotic transporter, contributing to multi-drug resistance. It is significantly expressed in the placenta, and the gene has several transcript variants encoding different isoforms. The anti-ABCG2 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
