This product is a human antibody Fab fragment targeting human AChR. This antibody Fab fragment is derived from phage display library constructed from two MG patients. This antibody Fab fragment has been tested in several assays including solid phase radio immuno assay (RIA), immunoprecipitation RIA and binding to AChR expressing TE671 cells by immunofluorescence.
