This product is a human antibody scFv fragment targeting human AChR. This antibody scFv fragment is derived from phage display library constructed from two MG patients. This antibody scFv fragment has been tested in several assays including solid phase radio immuno assay (RIA), immunoprecipitation RIA and binding to AChR expressing TE671 cells by immunofluorescence.
