Rabbit Anti-ADA Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC22) (CAT#: VS13-YC22)
The Rabbit Anti-ADA Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and rat ADA. ADA encodes an enzyme responsible for the hydrolysis of adenosine to inosine, with mutations linked to diseases like SCID, causing B and T lymphocyte dysfunction and impaired immunity, as well as congenital hemolytic anemia when enzyme levels are elevated. The anti-ADA antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200), Immunoprecipitation (1/50).
