Rabbit Anti-ANPEP Recombinant Antibody (clone R07-2G8)

The R07-2G8 recombinant monoclonal antibody has been developed to detect human ANPEP. It cross-reacts with rat. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, IHC-F, IHC-P, ICC/IF, IP. It is advised to dilute the sample for improved detectability by western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution 1/50-1/100), immunofluorescence (dilution 1/50-1/200), immunoprecipitation (dilution 1/20). The specificity of the CD13 antibody was confirmed by western blot analysis of CD13 in rat brain lysates and immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human breast cancer.
