Mouse Anti-ATP6AP2 Recombinant Antibody (AT129)

The anti-ATP6AP2 recombinant antibody (AT129) reacts with human ATP6AP2. ATP6AP2 is a multi-functional protein that serves as both a V-ATPase accessory subunit and the (Pro)renin Receptor. It links the acidification of intracellular compartments to the Renin-Angiotensin System and Wnt signaling pathways. It is critical for embryonic development, particularly in the brain, and for systemic blood pressure regulation. The anti-ATP6AP2 antibody (AT129) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
