Mouse Anti-BMPR1A Recombinant Antibody (BM430)

The anti-BMPR1A recombinant antibody (BM430) reacts with human and murine BMPR1A. BMPR1A is a transmembrane serine/threonine kinase that serves as a type I receptor for BMP signaling. Upon ligand binding, it phosphorylates Smad proteins to regulate gene expression. Mutations in BMPR1A are associated with Juvenile Polyposis Syndrome and increased colorectal cancer risk. The anti-BMPR1A antibody (BM430) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
