Rabbit Anti-CCNE1 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC149) (CAT#: VS13-YC149)
The Rabbit Anti-CCNE1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse CCNE1. CCNE1 encodes cyclin E1, vital for cell cycle regulation during G1/S transition, with overexpression linked to tumors, influencing chromosome stability and cell cycle progression, including NPAT phosphorylation. The anti-CCNE1 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunocytochemistry (1/50-1/200), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/50-1/200).
