Rabbit Anti-CCR8 Recombinant Antibody (clone R07-8E8) (CAT#: VS3-XY3291)
This is a recombinant rabbit antibody that specifically recognizes human CCR8 (C-C motif chemokine receptor 8), which regulates monocyte chemotaxis and thymic cell line apoptosis. It also has cross-reactivity against mouse or rat CCR8. It has been reported for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot and Immunofluorescence is 1/500-1/1000 and 1/50-1/200, respectively.
