Mouse Anti-CD53 Recombinant Antibody (CD338)

The anti-CD53 recombinant antibody (CD338) reacts with human CD53. CD53 is a member of the tetraspanin family, involved in the organization of the plasma membrane. It is expressed on all leukocytes. CD53 modulates immune cell activation and signaling, and its absence has been linked to increased susceptibility to infectious diseases. The anti-CD53 antibody (CD338) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
