Rabbit Anti-CLDN4 Recombinant Antibody (clone R06-4F2) (CAT#: VS3-XY3319)
This antibody is a recombinant rabbit antibody targeting the CLDN4 (Claudin 4), which plays a critical role in the paracellular reabsorption of filtered chloride in the kidney collecting ducts. It specifically reacts with human CLDN4. It has been reported for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin and Immunoprecipitation. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin and Immunoprecipitation is 1/500-1/1000, 1/50-1/100 and 1/20, respectively.
