The anti-DLK1 pH-dependent antibody (VS-0825-YC100) is a pH-responsive antibody engineered to target human DLK1. This pH-switched monoclonal antibody (mAb) was developed by incorporating histidine residues into its variable regions, which results in pH-biased binding to DLK1. By leveraging the natural pH variations in different tissues and cellular compartments, this pH-responsive antibody facilitates precise targeting of DLK1 on cells and tissues. Human DLK1, or Delta-like protein 1, is a transmembrane protein that is involved in cell differentiation and development. It is a member of the Notch ligand family and is associated with various developmental disorders and cancers.
