The anti-DLL3 pH-dependent antibody (VS-0825-YC101) is a pH-responsive antibody engineered to target human DLL3. This pH-switched monoclonal antibody (mAb) was developed by incorporating histidine residues into its variable regions, which results in pH-biased binding to DLL3. By leveraging the natural pH variations in different tissues and cellular compartments, this pH-responsive antibody facilitates precise targeting of DLL3 on cells and tissues. Human DLL3, or Delta-like protein 3, is a transmembrane protein that acts as a Notch ligand. It plays a critical role in the Notch signaling pathway, particularly in the development of the nervous system and is a therapeutic target in certain neuroendocrine tumors.
