Specific Binding To SCLC Cells
Targeting Delta-like protein 3 (DLL3) on the surface of small cell lung cancer cells is a fundamental part of our current project. This scFv-Fc chimera bound specifically to the target cells in our Flow Cytometry assays. The engineered format seemed to enhance the recognition, and we obtained very reliable binding curves for our analysis.
Effective For ADCC Research
We procured this product to evaluate antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) in our specialized cell culture models. The antibody performed remarkably well, facilitating the immune system's recognition mechanisms in our in vitro setup. The consistent quality of this recombinant product allowed us to generate publishable data regarding tumor cell clearance mechanisms and immunotherapy potentials.
