Rat Anti-DNMT1 Recombinant Antibody (clone 2C1)

This recombinant antibody, clone 2C1, targets full-length recombinant human DNMT1 protein. It is validated for Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP), Immunoprecipitation (IP), and Western Blot (WB). DNMT1 is the primary enzyme responsible for maintaining DNA methylation patterns after replication, which is a key epigenetic mechanism in mammalian gene regulation. This antibody is a valuable tool for studying DNA methylation in development and its association with abnormalities and tumors.
