The CytoStream™ Mouse Anti-DNMT1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human DNMT1. DNMT1 encodes DNA methyltransferase, maintaining methylation patterns critical for gene regulation, impacted in conditions like developmental abnormalities and tumor pathologies. The anti-DNMT1 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).

- Methylates CpG residues. Preferentially methylates hemimethylated DNA. Associates with chromatin during G2 and M phases to maintain DNA methylation independently of replication.
