The recombinant Anti-E protein (EDII x EDIII) biparatopic antibody, tandem scFv (Clone 82.11 x Clone 87.1), is developed to bind two distinct regions of the E protein. This tandem scFv features the 82.11 scFv targeting the EDII fusion loop of the Env protein, fused N-terminally with the 87.1 scFv targeting the EDIII A strand.
