The recombinant Anti-E protein (EDI/II x EDIII) biparatopic antibody, tandem scFv (Clone E44 x Clone E87), binds two unique epitopes of the E protein. This antibody is structured as a tandem scFv, with the E44 scFv targeting the EDI/II dimer interface, fused N-terminally to the E87 scFv targeting the EDIII LR C-C9 loop.
