Recombinant Anti-EGFL7 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC98)

The anti-EGFL7 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human EGFL7. EGFL7 is a secreted endothelial cell protein. It may be involved in the growth and proliferation of tumor cells and play a role in regulating vasculogenesis. The antibody has a novel EGFL7-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble EGFL7 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
