Recombinant Mouse Antibody clone JAR 3, which is specific to N. meningitidis fHbp. The JAR 3 and JAR 5 MAbs inhibit binding of each other to fHbp and recognize overlapping epitopes that involve glycine and lysine at positions 121 and 122, respectively, of fHbp. The antibody can block binding of fH to fHbp.
