Resulting from advanced AI discovery, the anti-GPER1 antibody (AibG-Rb-PE171) ensures precise recognition of GPER1 in human, mouse, and rat. GPER1 (GPR30) is a membrane-bound estrogen receptor that mediates rapid, non-genomic effects of estrogen. It activates EGFR transactivation and cAMP signaling, regulating cardiovascular function, metabolism, and tumor cell proliferation.
