TCR (WL2-4) recognizes HA peptide (PKYVKQNTLKLAT) in the context of HLA-DRA. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant soluble TCR (WL2-4). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
