Mouse Anti-HARS Recombinant Antibody (HA281)

The anti-HARS recombinant antibody (HA281) reacts with human HARS. HARS is the enzyme responsible for charging tRNA with histidine. It is essential for protein translation in the cytoplasm. Mutations in HARS are linked to Usher Syndrome type IIIB and axonal neuropathy. Extracellular HARS signaling has also been implicated in modulating immune and inflammatory responses. The anti-HARS antibody (HA281) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
