The CytoStream™ Mouse Anti-HAVCR2 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human HAVCR2. HAVCR2 belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily and the TIM protein family. It's a Th1-specific cell surface protein that regulates macrophage activation, inhibits Th1-mediated autoimmune responses, and promotes immunological tolerance, dividing CD4-positive T helper lymphocytes into Th1 and Th2 types. The anti-HAVCR2 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
