The Rabbit Anti-HDAC6 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human HDAC6. HDAC6 has two independent catalytic domains, providing histone deacetylase activity and repressing transcription. It contributes to the alteration of chromosome structures affecting transcription factor access to DNA. The anti-HDAC6 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/1000-1/5000), Immunocytochemistry (1/50-1/200), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/50-1/400).
