Mouse Anti-HLA-DRA Recombinant Antibody (clone ChDN1924); scFv Fragment (CAT#: HPAB-0025-YJ-S(P))
This product is a recombinant mouse scFv that recognizes the first HLA-DR domains. Chimeric DN1924 is effective in inducing apoptosis in HLA-DR-expressing tumor cells, but not in HLA-DR-negative tumor cells or in normal HLA-DR-expressing cells. It has the potential to reduce the rate of tumor growth and promote increased survival.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.
