Clone 69E2 is a mouse antibody target three exposed peptides of the HPV16 E7(49-66), HPV16 E7(73-85), and HPV16 E7(91-97). This antibody can be used in applications, such as ICC, IF, IHC, ELISA, WB, Neutralization.

The 79A11 and 69E2 antibodies at the three dosages of 1.95, 6.25, and 50 µg/mL, respectively, were used to react with the HPV16-type cervical cancer cell line CaSki and the HPV18-type cervical cancer cell line HeLa in immunocytochemical reactions.
