Mouse Anti-HSPA1A Recombinant Antibody (VS-0326-YC1105)

This product is an anti-HSPA1A antibody panel that contains two antibodies targeting HSPA1A. HSPA1A is the major stress-inducible Hsp70 chaperone. It prevents protein aggregation and assists in the folding of de novo synthesized polypeptides. HSPA1A signaling has potent anti-apoptotic effects by inhibiting caspase activation and JNK signaling, thereby conferring cytoprotection under thermal or chemical stress. Two monoclonal antibodies, VS-0326-YC258 and VS-0326-YC259, directed against HSPA1A were used for in vitro assays including Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF) and Western Blot (WB).
