Mouse Anti-IDE Recombinant Antibody (ID303)

The anti-IDE recombinant antibody (ID303) reacts with human and hamster IDE. IDE is a zinc metalloprotease that degrades insulin and the Amyloid-beta peptide. It is a critical regulator of systemic glucose levels and cerebral amyloid clearance. IDE signaling is a potential therapeutic target in both Type 2 Diabetes and Alzheimer's Disease, reflecting its role in managing diverse proteotoxic substrates. The anti-IDE antibody (ID303) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF) and Western Blot (WB).
