Recombinant Anti-IGFBP7 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC158)

The anti-IGFBP7 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human IGFBP7. IGFBP7 is an IGF-binding protein stimulating cell adhesion and potential involvement in vascular conditions. The antibody has a novel IGFBP7-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble IGFBP7 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
