Recombinant Anti-IL12A Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC163)

The anti-IL12A eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human IL12A. IL12A is a cytokine subunit influencing T and NK cell activities. The antibody has a novel IL12A-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble IL12A from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
