Specific Detection Of IL12A
We needed a reliable Mouse antibody for detecting the IL12A subunit in our Western Blot experiments. This recombinant antibody provided a strong signal without non-specific binding. It is reassuring to work with a product that is expressed in mammalian cells and purified via affinity chromatography, ensuring high purity for our sensitive assays.
Great For ELISA Development
This antibody was used to develop a sandwich ELISA for measuring IL12A concentrations. The performance was robust, and the antibody showed high specificity for the human target. The PBS formulation without preservatives allowed us to easily label the antibody for our specific downstream requirements without interference.
