Recombinant Anti-IL12B Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC164)

The anti-IL12B eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human IL12B. IL12B produces a cytokine implicated in immune response alongside dendritic cells and macrophages. The antibody has a novel IL12B-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble IL12B from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
