Human Anti-IL5 Recombinant Antibody (VS-0723-WK177) (CAT#: VS-0723-WK177)
This product is a chimeric (rabbit/human) IgG1 antibody that recognizes human IL5, which plays a major role in the regulation of eosinophil formation, maturation, recruitment and survival. The increased production of this cytokine may be related to pathogenesis of eosinophil-dependent inflammatory diseases. This antibody is recommended for flow cytometry at a dilution of 1:100.
