The human antibody reacts with JAG1. The EC₅₀ of anti-JAG1 antibody to human JAG1 is about 16 nM. Given its high affinity for human JAG1 and neutralization characteristics, the antibody is recommended for scientific research of JAG1-expressing tumors, including hepatocellular carcinomas and squamous carcinomas.
