Rabbit Anti-KEAP1 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC618)

The Rabbit Anti-KEAP1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse KEAP1. KEAP1 encodes a kelch domain-containing protein interacting with NF-E2-related factor 2 for redox-sensitive dissociation, triggering nuclear transport and expression of gamma-glutamylcysteine synthetase subunits, with transcript variants encoding the same isoform. The anti-KEAP1 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunohistochemistry (1/50-1/100).
