The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-LGALS1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat LGALS1. LGALS1 codes for a beta-galactoside-binding lectin implicated in modulating cell interactions. It acts as an autocrine growth inhibitor, regulating apoptosis and differentiation. The anti-LGALS1 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
