This recombinant antibody, clone 0725W42, targets a recombinant protein corresponding to amino acids 430-545 of human Lamin A. It is validated for Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunoprecipitation (IP), and Western Blot (WB). LMNA encodes lamin A/C, a protein essential for nuclear structure and integrity. This antibody is a valuable tool for investigating nuclear organization, chromatin dynamics, and lamin-associated diseases.
