The anti-LRRC15 pH-dependent antibody (VS-0825-YC241) is a pH-responsive antibody engineered to target human LRRC15. This pH-switched monoclonal antibody (mAb) was developed by incorporating histidine residues into its variable regions, which results in pH-biased binding to LRRC15. By leveraging the natural pH variations in different tissues and cellular compartments, this pH-responsive antibody facilitates precise targeting of LRRC15 on cells and tissues. Human LRRC15 (Leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 15) is a transmembrane protein expressed on mesenchymal cells and cancer-associated fibroblasts. Its expression is often linked to tumor progression, making it a promising therapeutic target for solid tumors.
