Mouse Anti-MAPK10 Recombinant Antibody (MA518)

The anti-MAPK10 recombinant antibody (MA518) reacts with human and rat MAPK10. MAPK10 (JNK3) is an isoform of the c-Jun N-terminal kinase primarily expressed in the brain and heart. It is a major mediator of neuronal apoptosis in response to excitotoxicity and oxidative stress. JNK3 signaling is a primary player in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases, making it a target for neuroprotection. The anti-MAPK10 antibody (MA518) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Western Blot (WB).
