Human Anti-MUSK Recombinant Autoantibody (clone MuSK1A) (CAT#: VS-1124-YJ1)
Autoantibody
MuSK1A is an autoantibody that bound to MuSK and demonstrated pathogenic capacity. It recognized an epitope located in the Ig2-like domain of MuSK. Fab MuSK1A has an affinity of 0.41 nM for MuSK. The Fab of MuSK1A inhibited AChR clustering by 98.6%.
